Welcome to Anvil & Oak. By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Anvil & Oak provides installation services, including blinds, drapery, artwork, mirrors, light fixtures, and other finishing touches. All services are subject to availability and may require an on-site assessment.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates only and may change based on project scope, materials, or unforeseen conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to the start of work. If additional work is requested after the job has begun, the original quote becomes void, and a new quote will be provided to reflect the updated scope of work.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 20% of the total project price, and rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 10% of the total project price.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Cash, Check, Zelle, and Cash App.  Any invoice not paid in full by its due date may be subject to a late fee of up to 50% of the total invoice amount.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that installation areas are accessible, safe, and free of obstacles. Any required electrical, structural, or preparation work must be completed beforehand unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability

We take great care with every installation. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to walls, surfaces, or materials
   

• Damage caused by improper use or handling after installation
   

• Issues arising from incompatible or defective products not supplied by us
   

Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Warranty

Workmanship is covered for 30 days from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover normal wear, client-supplied product defects, or damage caused after installation.

8. Website Use

All content on this website—including logos, photos, text, and branding—is owned by Anvil & Oak and may not be reproduced without permission. You may not use the site in any way that harms, disrupts, or misuses its content or functionality.

9. Privacy

Any personal information you provide (such as your name, contact information, and project details) will only be used for scheduling, communication, and service purposes. By approving a quote, you also grant Anvil & Oak permission to take photos and/or videos of the project for documentation, marketing, and portfolio purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
